MONDAY, JANUARY 17TH:

EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND ADMINISTRATION

● OPPOSE, CACR 30, officers of the government. Providing that the elected positions of inspectors general are created.

● SUPPORT, HB 1294, requiring the commission on demographic trends to consider

data on race and ethnicity for the purpose of increasing racial and ethnic diversity in

New Hampshire.

HEALTH, HUMAN SERVICES, AND ELDERLY AFFAIRS

● SUPPORT, HB 1384, establishing a committee to study the need for childcare and

ways to supplement and fund it in New Hampshire.

● SUPPORT, HB 1405, allowing out-of-state mental health care providers to provide

telehealth treatment during a mental health emergency.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 18TH:

HEALTH, HUMAN SERVICES, AND ELDERLY AFFAIRS

● SUPPORT, HB 1526, relative to income eligibility for in and out medical assistance.

● SUPPORT, HB 1578, relative to including certain children and pregnant people in

Medicaid and the children's health insurance program.

● OPPOSE, HB 1455, relative to state enforcement of federal vaccination mandates.

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND ENERGY

● OPPOSE, HB 1459-FN, relative to recycling solar panels.

● SUPPORT, HB 1250, requiring the public utilities commission to consider climate

change in making rate-setting decisions.

● SUPPORT, HB 1645-FN, requiring notification to renewable energy

customer-generators of issues related to renewable energy credits.

● OPPOSE, HB 1258, relative to the implementation of the department of energy.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 19TH:

CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY

● OPPOSE, HB 1636, relative to prohibitions on carrying a loaded firearm on an

OHRV or snowmobile.

● SUPPORT, HB 1668, requiring a background check prior to any commercial firearm

sale.

● OPPOSE, HB 1178, prohibiting the state from enforcing any federal statute,

regulation, or Presidential Executive Order that restricts or regulates the right of the

people to keep and bear arms.

● SUPPORT, HB 1151, prohibiting the display of a deadly weapon at a parade, funeral

procession, picket line, march, rally, vigil, or demonstration.

● SUPPORT, HB 1096, prohibiting open carrying or display of a deadly weapon

within 100 feet of a polling place.

JUDICIARY

● OPPOSE, HB 1260, making immunization status a protected class.

● OPPOSE, HB 1490-FN, relative to equal access to places of public accommodation

regardless of vaccination status.

● SUPPORT, HB 1440, relative to surface water quality standards for perfluorinated

chemicals.

● OPPOSE, HB 1131, relative to facial covering policies for schools.

● OPPOSE, HB 1371, relative to school district policies on facial masks of students in

schools.

● SUPPORT, HB 1672, relative to misuse of education freedom account funds.

● SUPPORT, HB 1649, relative to unique pupil identification for pupils in the

education freedom accounts program.
